1st Application - Integrated$122.00   A vital application to stimulate new green shoots for great spring color plus establish the barrier that will control crabgrass from invading your lawn. Selective spot applications are made on any invading broadleaf weeds.

2nd Application - Integrated$122.00   This application of slow release nutrients encourages spring growth and improves lawn color. The crabgrass barrier is reinforced where needed for season long crabgrass control and selective spot applications are made on any invading broadleaf weeds present. We also treat for visible surface insects.

3rd Application - Integrated$122.00   A custom summer blend of slow release nutrients to help your lawn through the unpredictable stresses of summer. We treat for surface insects visible at the time of application.

4th Application - Integrated$122.00   A recovery and stimulus application of seasonally formulated nutrients develops new roots to take up more nutrients and water for a thicker greener lawn. Selective spot applications resume and are made on controllable broadleaf weeds. We treat for surface insects visible at the time of application.

5th Application - Integrated$122.00   Custom feeding which stimulates root growth that will be the foundation for your lawn next year while thickening the lawn from any summer stress.

Core Aeration with Overseeding$323.00   This process begins with a double pass core aeration, which alleviates soil compaction, reduces thatch build-up, and improves air movement and water penetration to the root zone. After aeration, a high quality seed mixture is spread over the lawn to encourage healthier, thicker and greener turf.

Grub Treatment$145.00   Grubs feed on the roots of the grass plants late August-October and can cause severe damage. This preventive treatment is applied in late May - early August. Rain or watering this application improves effectiveness.

Lime Application Fall$157.00   Liming raises the pH of the soil thereby unlocking nutrients from soil particles, making them more readily available to the grass plant and increasing the effectiveness of fertilizer. Lime can be applied in the spring and/or fall.

Winterizer - Integrated$122.00   Winterizes your lawn by feeding the grass plants so that they store carbohydrates to make it through the winter and give you a stronger better looking lawn in the spring.
